Low 993 from west Morocco to Portugal moving northwest, expected 992

46N15W by 13/12 UTC, then 994 49N17W by 14/00 UTC.

Low 1010 38N37W moving northeast and deepening, expected 996 45N35W

by 14/00 UTC.

Secondary low expected 1014 just south Azores Islands by 14/00 UTC.

High 1043 56N24E slowly drifting south. Associated ridge extending

over British Isles to FARADAY gradually drifting towards Iceland.

CAPE VERDE, CAP BLANC, CAP TIMIRIS.

Mainly North or Northeast 3 or 4, but locally Northwesterly in north,

becoming Variable clockwise 2 to 4 soon, then increasing locally

North 5 near African coast at end.

Moderate or rough in N swell.

SIERRA LEONE.

In far southeast, mainly Westerly 2 to 4. Elsewhere, Northeast 4, at

times 5, but North in east.

Moderate, locally slight near coast.

GULF OF GUINEA.

Mainly South or Southwest 2 or 3, but Variable at times 4 in west,

veering mainly West or Southwest 2 to 4 later.

Slight, but moderate in west.

Locally thundersqualls with severe gusts, mainly in far northwest.

POINTE NOIRE.

Southeast 4 at times 5 in west, Southerly 1 to 3 in east, increasing

3 or 4 in east in daytime.

Slight or moderate.

Some showers in north.
