3. The Regional Director for International Seafarers’ Welfare and Assistance Network (ISWAN), Mr Chirag Bahri, paid a visit to the Dubai Office this week. A former hostage held for 10 months by Somali pirates, he knows personally the hardships seafarers’ face.
